Certainly! We offer a 7-day returns policy - covering all manufacturing defects and or damages. Please contact us with your order # & images of the product. Our team will help you with a prompt resolution - repair, part/ full replacement - as may be required. For all aforementioned cases, we bear 100% shipping costs.  IMPORTANT - DO NOT discard the packaging, as it would be required to help with a pickup - as may be applicable.

In case of an eligible part/ full refund, we process the same within 48 hours of the pickup by our logistics partner. Do share your bank account details with us for a hassle-free NEFT. The amount shall reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.
